Welcome to geography 452/552 or the Autumn, 2011 semester. Landscape Ecology is now about forty years old and is continuing to change, although not at an extraordinary rate. Still keeping in touch with your discipline is quite helpful. The primary reasons for this blog are two-fold then:News and events: sharing new technologies, new applications, exciting happenings in landscape ecology and related fields.
